Plant Description: This is a lovely mid-sized tree with refreshing lush lime green new growth, and a dense foliage to ground level. It is ideal as a hedge or screen
Uses: Screening and hedges (also as a garden feature or topiary)
Position & Tolerances: Full sun to part shade. Drought and cold tolerant. Highly Myrtle Rust Resistant. Tolerates seaside garden conditions
Height & Width: 5m high x 2-3m wide
Flowers: Masses of white fluffy flowers from October to December, rarely produces berries
Foliage: Beautiful dense green foliage to the ground, with lush lime green new growth
Soil Type: Well drained soils to heavy clay loams
Best Planting Time: March to November
Planting Density: 1 plant per 2-3 linear metres (1 plant per 1.5-5m²)
Where it thrives: NSW, QLD, VIC, SA & WA
Pruning: For a natural shape or screen, prune every 2-3 years or not at all. For a tidy hedge prune yearly

Establishment & Extra Care:

Water as required for 8-13 weeks until established.
Plant in a well mulched garden, a chunky mulch is recommended.
Use slow release fertiliser in spring, if required.
